When the days are getting shorter and temperatures are just high enough to wear a light sweater, a pair of loose denims and thongs for a walk down the beach to catch the last waves of the year. That's when you get to experience the authentic village life in a remote place in northern France where apart from surf and kite tourism and a few city dwellers looking to soak in some nature over the weekend, not much is going on. Two girls, two boards, a VW T3 van and a backpack full of cameras got us here.
